1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
4 ounces Key Lime Juice
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 egg yolks
8oz. Cream cheese softened
Beat egg yolks in mixing bowl about 30 seconds. Add cream cheese and mix well. Add Eagle Brand and continue beating about 2 minutes. Add lime juice and mix for another two minutes. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool thouroughly and top with whip cream.
