I love asparagus any way...
8 ounces angel hair pasta -- cooked-drained
1 pound asparagus
2 teaspoons oil
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root -- minced
1/2 cup green onion -- sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon red chili peppers -- dried
1/2 cup chicken broth
Slice fresh asparagus diagonally into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Fry garlic, ginger, asparagus, and diagonally sliced green onions in oil until asparagus is crisp-tender. About 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and chiles, stir fry one minute longer. Add broth and let simmer while covered for about 15 minutes. Add drained pasta, toss.
