Very Best Cream Biscuits

2.5 cups self rising flour
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream

Gently mix together flour with heavy cream. Pat onto floured table. Fold over and pat again 2 more times. Pat to 3/4 inch thickness.
Cut out. Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes

Makes about 8.
